No, we haven’t needed it. Obviously it is something personal, but due to its location, when opening doors on both sides of the house, there is a lot of breeze in summer, which makes air conditioning unnecessary.
What services are there?
The amount of services that we have in the commercial area that is just a hundred meters away is incredible:
A SYP supermarket, a children’s park, a real estate agency, a study review center, two physiotherapy centers, a dentist, a pharmacy, a croissant shop, two pizzerias, two restaurants, a small gym, a hardware store, two bakeries, a roast chicken shop, a fruit shop, a veterinary center and a boutique.
About three hundred meters away there is a health center, a municipal office, a small library and a senior center and one kilometer away there is a school.
In the neighboring urbanizations there are other commercial areas, Mercadona and a Golf Course with a very well-equipped gym
