The region is divided into two parts, an older and significantly larger part “Establiments Vell” and a smaller part “Establiments Nou”. The village has almost 1300 inhabitants, of which about 150 are in the new part. Here, quiet living outside of lively Palma is in the foreground for visitors. Thanks to its ideal location near Palma and almost in the Tramuntana mountains, Establiments is a quiet base for excursions. The proximity to the airport, which is only 20 minutes away by car, is a big plus. The city center of Palma is only six kilometers away, the village also belongs to the municipality of Palma.
