The quiet seaside resort of Costa de la Calma is located between Palma de Mallorca and Andratx. It belongs to Santa Ponsa and is located on the southwest coast of the island of Mallorca. Translated into German, his name means “coast of calm” and this is exactly what its almost one thousand inhabitants and the predominantly German tourists find here. One looks in vain for large hotel complexes in the area around Costa de la Calma; instead, in addition to villas and small luxury hotels, numerous holiday homes and apartments characterize the image of the region. Due to its size, Costa de la Calma with its tourist infrastructure does not quite come close to that of other holiday resorts. Good restaurants and inviting cafés can of course also be found here, everything else can be found in Santa Ponsa, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
